The Norma Rose Pullover is of the finest mohair yarn from the Karoo. This hand knit has Ladder stitch ribbings, side vents, and the yarn has unique qualities – lustre, lightweight, durability and crease resistant. Mohair breathes, absorbing and releasing atmospheric moisture and controlling its own “climate” to ensure optimal comfort. It is inherently flame resistant.

After my previous project which was a complicated fair isle taking months, this was a easy and enjoyable project. I completed it last night and only need to attach the sleeves tonight. Ready for winter!!

I was very excited to knit this jumper. Kit arrived very quickly and I immediately began knitting and hit a snag with the pattern almost immediately. I was put in touch with the pattern designer who assisted me but very soon I found the pattern almost indecipherable because there is just too little detail written down.
I have knitted many projects, some reasonably complicated but I’ve never come across a pattern which is so light on instructions. I’ve actually given up as I find it impossible to understand what is meant by the instructions. The wool is beautiful but virtually impossible to unravel once knitted so it’s been a lot of wasted money. Ah well, now I know! Sorry BfA I so Wanted to love It.
I had such a magical experience with this project! The mohair yarn is seriously luxurious, and it's my first time knitting. I realized I tend to knit a bit loosely, so my M size came out oversized, but I absolutely love how it turned out! I didn't have any yarn left for the collar, but honestly, it looks perfect anyway. 🩷
Loving the concept of this kit and the style of the pullover. Impressed with the quick delivery and looking Forward to the finished product. Future projects will definitely be on my agenda
